The last and largest step in the ritual, and the one everything else is really in service of. The Calmeya cervical pillow is contoured, not just cushioned — a shaped memory foam core that supports the natural curve of the neck whether you sleep on your back or your side.

How to use

Position the higher curve under the neck when on your back, or fill the gap between shoulder and head when on your side. Allow a few nights for your neck to adjust — most people feel the difference by night three.

Materials

Slow-recovery memory foam core, removable and washable breathable cover.

Care

Cover is machine washable, cold, gentle cycle. Air dry only. Spot clean the foam core; do not submerge.
