Getting to you

Every Calmeya order ships from our EU-based fulfillment network. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and arrive within 8–12 business days across the EU. You'll receive a tracking link the moment your order leaves the warehouse, so you always know where it is on its way to you.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

If something isn't right

We want every Calmeya order to earn its place in your evening. If it doesn't, EU consumers have the right to return most items within 14 days of delivery, no explanation required — see our Right of Withdrawal policy for the full details.

To start a return, email support@trycalmeya.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received.

Note: for hygiene reasons, opened Sleep Tape cannot be returned once the seal on the box has been broken.
